The person in the room.

I'm Marisa Lucchesi. Before this practice, I spent years inside the rooms my clients now run — most recently leading eight-figure enterprise relationships and a fourteen-person international team as a Senior Director at Escalent. I've carried the number, managed the politics, and made the calls that don't have a right answer. I know what the seat costs.

I also spent a decade training formally in how identity actually shifts when responsibility changes — the thing underneath the org chart that decides whether a leader grows into a transition or gets ground down by it. This practice is where the two halves meet.

The work is one-to-one, confidential, and deliberately small. I take on a limited number of clients so every engagement gets the attention it's priced for.

I'll spare you the certification wall, though it can be found on LinkedIn. My formal training is real — advanced ontological coaching training through Newfield Network, a mature inner work practice, ICF membership, and board service — and it sits underneath the work we do together.

I'm based between Denver and Boulder and work nationally over Zoom. The rest you'll learn in the room. If you’re in the area, you have the option to meet in person.
