How this works.
Everything begins with a working session. This is a real session on a real question, not a sales call. From there, if the work warrants it, we scope an engagement to the decision or transition in front of you. No intake questionnaires, no gatekeeping, no team of associates. You work directly with me from the first conversation to the last.
The Working Session

Sixty minutes on one live question. You leave with something to use whether or not we continue. Credited toward any engagement.
The Transition Sprint

Six weeks, weekly sessions, scoped to a single inflection: take the role, structure the exit, survive the first ninety days of running people.
Quarterly Advisory

Twelve weeks, biweekly sessions, with direct access between them. This is the core engagement, built for transitions that unfold over a season, not a sprint. Clients also receive structured reflection practices between sessions.
Retained Advisory
