Alongside the leadership practice, I hold a small number of engagements with individuals working through the personal versions of the same question — a life reorganizing itself around a new chapter, an identity that no longer fits the facts.

The method, the confidentiality, and the standard are identical to the leadership work; the stakes are simply personal rather than organizational. These engagements are limited and begin the same way everything here begins: a working session.
