Like a consultant, I bring a point of view: I'll tell you what I see, drawing on years of operating at the level you're working at. Unlike a consultant, I'm not producing recommendations for you to execute. There's no deck at the end.

Like a coach, the work runs on rigorous questions, and the thinking stays yours. Unlike a coach, I don't withhold my read. You get candid perspective and disciplined inquiry in service of your judgment, not as a substitute for it. Every decision remains yours.

Advisory is also not therapy. Therapy treats; this work doesn't. If something surfaces that belongs with a licensed professional, I'll say so directly. I have a professional network of therapists, coaches, and other practitioners if there is a better modality fit for you.

Sixty minutes, via Zoom. We start with what's most live for you, then work the question — a decision you're facing, a dynamic you're navigating, a version of yourself you're trying to leave behind.

Sessions move between direct conversation, structured thinking, and practical next steps. You leave with clarity and, usually, one specific thing to test before we talk again. If you want to accomplish something specific in a session, name it at the start and we'll build the hour around it.

Nationally over Zoom, scheduled in Mountain Time. If you're along Colorado's Front Range, in person is an option.

Quarterly and retained clients receive structured reflection practices between sessions — short, focused, and designed so the work keeps moving when we're not in the room.

Come present. Take a few minutes beforehand to consider what's most live: the decisions, tensions, or themes you want to work. During sessions, camera on if possible, a quiet private space, good audio. The work is better when you can speak freely.

The sprint is six weeks. Quarterly advisory is twelve. Retained advisory is annual, by invitation after a quarter together. Nothing auto-renews; continuing is a decision we make deliberately, each time.

Yes. Everything you share stays between us. I won't disclose your information without your written consent, except in the rare circumstances required by law or involving risk of serious harm. If your employer sponsors the engagement, the conversations still remain confidential between us; only administrative details are shared, and any progress updates happen with your knowledge and consent.

Yes. Many engagements are company-sponsored through leadership development or executive budgets. Invoicing and engagement agreements support standard procurement requirements, and the confidentiality structure is designed for sponsored work.

All engagements are confidential and governed by a written agreement.

Yes. Cadence, format, the kinds of questions I ask, the pace — all of it is adjustable, and I'd rather hear it early than late. Changes to formal terms (structure, fees) we put in writing together.

Individual sessions require 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed sessions may be billed at the full rate; emergencies are handled at my discretion.

Fixed-term engagements may be ended by either party with two weeks' written notice (email is sufficient). You're responsible for payment through the end date. Unused sessions aren't refunded but remain usable within the engagement period; prepaid sessions expire one year from purchase unless we agree otherwise. If I end the engagement, prepaid services that have not yet been delivered are refunded.

Invoices are Net 15, in USD. Payments are non-refundable once services are delivered.
